(2020) using a kit obtained from the Shanghai HengYuan Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The respective contents were determined according to the instructions of the 8-OHdG, ·OH, and CYP450 ELLSA kits; the absorbance (OD value) was measured using a microplate reader at a wavelength of 450 nm; and the 8-OHdG, ·OH, and CYP450 concentrations in the sample were calculated from the standard curve.
