Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) assay kits were purchased from the Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China). Commercial kits for detecting chicken cytochromeP450 1A1(CYP1A1) and CYP2H1 were purchased from Shanghai hengyuan Biotech CO.,Ltd (Shanghai china). Other chemicals used in these experiments of analytical grade were from commercial sources.
