Enzyme‑linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)

The levels of infammatory cytokines interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected by ELISA kit (Hengyuan, Shanghai, China). In short, the samples to be tested and the standard samples were added to the corresponding enzyme plate and cultured at 37 ℃ for 1 h. After washing with PBS, the chromogenic antibody was added to the enzyme plates and continued incubation for 30 min. Finally, the termination solution was added to terminate the reaction. OD value at 450 nm was measured by a microplate reader (Thermo Fisher Scientifc, Rockford, IL, USA).
